HK anti-graft agency receives complaint on chief executive's alleged US$6.45m deal

A formal complaint regarding Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying’s alleged HK$50 million (US$6.45 million) deal with an Australian firm has been lodged with the city’s anti-corruption agency, according to the South China Morning Post (SCMP). Hong Kong's Department of Justice has authorised Director of Public Prosecutions Keith Yeung to handle the complaint. This means Yeung has the authority to decide if a prosecution is warranted.
