Is Asean corruption more under control now?

"It is observed that majority of Southeast Asian countries have improved their Asean corruption control scores over the last three years from 2010 to 2012. The best practices for anti-corruption strategies in Asean have been most successfully implemented by Singapore. While change may not occur as fast in other Asean countries, countries which take steps to eradicate corruption can look forward to reaping the economic, political and social stability and benefits that results from running an economic system and government where the results are not skewed by corruption and are more open to competition."
