Mobile phones tackling corruption in PNG

Papua New Guinea's Department of Finance is said to be one of the most corrupt arms of government. Now under new management with a new Secretary, former accounting academic Dr Ken Ngangan, the Finance Department is trying out a system designed to eradicate corruption by encouraging staff to send anonymous text messages if they have any suspicions.
