[ap-intact] INFO: Texting scheme aids PNG corruption battle

The United Nations Development Programme says a texting scheme to expose corrupt government officials in Papua New Guinea has had a dramatic impact. Since the 'Phones Against Corruption' initiative was brought in last year two officials have been arrested on fund mismanagement charges.
