[ap-intact] INFO: Pakistan anti-corruption agency says it does not have proper monitoring, evaluation system

According to a news story in Dawn, Pakistan National Accountability Bureau Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry told the Supreme Court that the anti-corruption watchdog lacked a proper monitoring and evaluation system that could help ensure quantitative and qualitative analysis of its performance.
