Indonesia’s newly inaugurated National Police Chief Gen. Badrodin Haiti promised to give top priority for the synergy of the police and other law enforcement agencies including the embattled Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). His statement addresses a widespread public perception that KPK is the leading, if not the only agency, that can effectively fight corruption in Indonesia.
