[ap-intact] INFO: Corruption still possible after favorable act has already been completed, says Singapore court

In a recent decision, the Singapore High Court held that corruption is possible even if the agent discussed the idea of a reward with the third party alleged to have been favoured only after acting in relation to his principal’s affairs.
