[ap-intact] INFO: SIGAR sees bigger Afghan gov’t efforts against corruption

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah appear to be seriously working to address graft from direct assistance spending in Afghanistan, after such corruption largely went ignored for many years, according to John Sopko, the US Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR).
