The Communist Party of China's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has developed a new app to tackle the "sifeng" or "Four Decadent Customs"–referring to formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and waste–as part of its ongoing anti-corruption campaign, reports our Chinese-language sister paper Want Daily.
