The New Delhi government is working towards encouraging use of mobile and e-governance to eliminate corruption and red tapism from the system, according to Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who spoke at an interactive session on 'Delhi 2020 - A Smart Place to Live, Work and Do Business' organised by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
