Three Asia-Pacific countries in top slot of global business bribery risk index.  New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore are in the top 10 of countries ranked as having the lowest business bribery risk in 2016, according to the TRACE Matrix, a survey by TRACE International and the RAND Corporation that measures business bribery risk in 199 countries based on four domains – (a) Business Interactions with the Government, (b) Anti-bribery Laws and Enforcement, (c) Government and Civil Service Transparency, and (d) Capacity for Civil Society Oversight, including the role of the media.
