Qamar Zaman Chaudhry, chair of Pakistan's National Accountability Bureau (NAB), said a Whistle Blowing Act is imperative for Pakistan. He said whistle blowing is an early warning system in controlling corruption at the prevention stage and it also encourages honesty and complete dedication.
