Cambodia's Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) said 70 percent or 10,683 of the country's leaders and senior officials had already declared their assets. Leaders and senior officials who are required to declare their assets include members of the senate, the national assembly, the government and the provincial, municipal, district and commune councils.
