[ap-intact] INFO: Maldives anti-graft agency starts work on 5-year action plan

According to a statement released by Maldives' Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), professional work on compiling a 5-year strategic action plan is being done by an internal committee. When completed, the new action plan will replace the one put in place back in 2008, which ended in 2013.
