Drugs, sex and corruption in Philippines' largest prison

Drugs, sex with prostitutes, high-speed Internet connection, and even electric mopeds are some of the luxuries allegedly enjoyed by 'special' prisoners in exchange for bribes in Bilibid, the biggest prison in the Philippines. The scandal has already cost the jobs of the prison director and 12 guards.
