To avoid the temptation of corruption, the officer-in-charge of the Philippine National Police gave the 5,000-strong police force of Caraga (an administrative region of the Philippines on the northeastern portion of the island of Mindanao) a simple but time-tested piece of advice: Don't be a womanizer.
