Nissan plans civil suit against Ghosn. Nissan Motor Co. plans to file suit against former Chairman Carlos Ghosn to claim damages based on its in-house investigations which found several cases of Ghosn and his aides allegedly spending corporate funds for private purposes.

Fugitive former Hainan SOE head turns himself in. Wang Junwen, former head of state-owned enterprises in Hainan, has returned to the Chinese mainland to surrender himself to the authorities after fleeing to Hong Kong on charges of bribery, according to a statement released on the website of the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI).
