Sandiganbayan refuses to quash graft charge vs ex-Cebu councilor.  The Philippines anti-graft court has refused to quash the graft charge filed against former Cebu City Councilor Gerardo Abella Carillo in relation to the anomalous appointment of an administrative aide from 2013 to 2014.
