New South Wales anti-corruption chief calls for new laws to prosecute corrupt public officials

The head of the New South Wales Independent Commission Against Corruption (Icac) has called for new laws to prosecute corrupt public officials and give greater protection to whistleblowers. Megan Latham recommended to the NSW Parliament that the NSW Crimes Act be amended to provide for the offence of misconduct in office.
