South Korea – Cambodia - Iraq

South Korea's Anti-corruption and Civil Right Commission (ACRC) hosts anti-corruption training for Costa Rica and Paraguay. "ACRC will continue to expand technical assistance to Central and South America, Africa and Middle East beyond Asia in line with chapter VI of UNCAC, devoted to technical assistance and information exchange."

2,000 Anti-Corruption Unit observers to oversee Grade 12 exams in Cambodia. "The exam control committees employ more than 77,000 educators, and liaise with the Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) at all stages of the process. The ACU will also assign 2,000 observers to watch the exams. The Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) will also participate."
