Saudi Arabia becomes member in steering committee of the International Partnership Against Corruption in Sport (IPACS). "A leading role (is expected) in formulating and defining international anti-corruption policies in the sports field to achieve the highest levels of transparency, integrity and governance in granting the rights to host and broadcast international matches and competitions."

Transparency International (TI) calls for accountability in Madagascar's lychee market. "TI conducted research into this opaque trade and found evidence of numerous potential infractions, including foreign bribery, unlawful agreements, tax fraud, laundering and concealment of such offences."
