Malaysia anti-graft agency objects to setting up new integrity department.  The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has objected to plan to set up the National Integrity and Good Governance Department, saying the budget can be better used to improve existing enforcement agencies.

Vietnam to cut business red tape to support SMEs.  Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to cut in half the 1,200 conditions currently imposed on business and investment red tape in an effort to simplify the administrative process, especially for private, small and medium enterprises.
