International Center Launched to Combat “Global Scourge” of Grand Corruption.  A new multinational effort was launched 5 July 2017 to tackle grand corruption, a criminal category that can include bribery of public officials, embezzlement, abuse of power and money laundering of proceeds from crime.

Community efforts to eliminate corruption the focus of UN-backed radio series.  To eliminate corruption from Afghanistan, every individual must play an active role, said community leaders featured in a UN-backed radio series that aired in the southern region during the past several weeks.
