The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has delivered to Vietnamese Customs "Prevention, Detection and Investigation of Cash Couriers and Bearer Negotiable Instruments across Borders", a handbook that includes specialized techniques for identifying, detecting and investigating cash smuggling and money laundering crimes.
