[ap-intact] INFO: "Corruption a major bottleneck to development" -- an Al-Jazeera interview

In an interview with Al-Jazeera, Elodie Beth, Regional Anti-Corruption Advisor at UNDP's Bangkok Regional Hub, says corruption makes it more expensive for the poor to receive basic services like water and that "corruption is a major bottleneck to the achievement of the sustainable development goals adopted last September by the UN."
