Sri Lanka needs a full-fledged, all-encompassing anti-graft act instead of the numerous and sometimes unfitting legislation it currently has, according to Nihal Sri Ameresekere, Sri Lanka co-ordinator of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities.
