[ap-intact] INFO: Hong Kong anti-graft agency updates guidelines for NGOs & charities to guard against funds misuse
Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) has released an updated set of voluntary guidelines for non-governmental organisations and charities in the social welfare sector to guard against any misuse of funds.
