Asia-Pacific countries invited to the conference include Fiji, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Sri Lanka.
