[ap-intact] INFO: Indian college students launch Google app to discourage corruption among traffic cops
A group of Government Polytechnic students recently launched Traffic Kakura, an that app gives information about the penalties for breaking various traffic rules in six cities - Nagpur, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi. "These rules can…be checked for their authenticity by hyperlinks that take the user on the official websites from where they were sourced. …Once the app is downloaded, this information can be accessed offline as well. The app also has an in-built recording feature wherein one can record a conversation with a traffic cop that can be uploaded on any social media platform."
