Mongolia: digital government services may reduce corruption. “E-Mongolia, an integrated digital government service system, has become closer to citizens by opening its Public service center on May 9, 2021. The center will provide 516 digital government services, as well as providing advice and assistance to the public… Digitalizing government services will drastically improve the administration of various government agencies with different functions, reduce operating costs, increase efficiency, and make customer services more transparent.”
