India top court says that reporting public views on judicial corruption isn’t contempt. The Supreme Court observed that a report based on public views regarding corruption in judiciary may not invite contempt of court action and that such surveys instead gave opportunity to address the malady in the system.

Pakistan top court calls for strict punishment to corrupt officials. A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Dost Muhammad Khan while issuing a verdict regarding the bail of two officials belonging to Balochistan directed the courts across the country to award maximum punishment to officials involved in corrupt practices.
