Afghanistan Takes a Digital Leap to Tackle Corruption.  Set up in accordance with the Procurement Law of Afghanistan, [the National Procurement Authority or NPA] is one of the most far-reaching anti-corruption measures undertaken by the Government of Afghanistan.
