[ap-intact] INFO: Fiji anti-corruption agents warned not to abuse powers

Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, Fiji's Attorney-General, has told officers at the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) that they should not abuse their powers, that the word 'FICAC' instills fear in some Fijians, and that officers have to be responsible with the powers vested in them.
