Noida City, in Uttar Pradesh, India, has rolled out an app that will allow any citizen to "freely and conveniently file a grievance, track the grievance lodged, receive a response to his satisfaction both in terms of quality and time" as well as "interact with government, departments, offices in an easy and transparent manner".
