Philippines suffers world's biggest drop in rule of law under Duterte.  The Philippines, under President Rodrigo Duterte, has experienced the biggest drop in rule of law globally over the last 12 months, according to a new report from the World Justice Project (WJP).

Hong Kong ranks world's freest economy for 24th straight year.  Hong Kong took the top place in the ranking of the 2018 Index of Economic Freedom for the 24th consecutive year, according to a report issued by the U.S. Heritage Foundation.
