This one fix would quash corruption among Hong Kong's senior civil servants (opinion). "Reintroducing a pension system would significantly increase the commitment and performance of senior civil servants [and] serve as a deterrent against improper behaviour.

New Competition Law in Vietnam.  A draft of the new Competition Law (Draft Law) was posted recently on the Government Portal for public review and commentary; it is expected to be submitted to the National Assembly in October 2017 and adopted in May 2018.
