China's top court launches campaign to root out corruption among law enforcers. China's Supreme People's Court (SPC) has rolled out a campaign to target passive, selective, wayward and corrupt law enforcement, which hampers public trust in the judicial system, said Wu Shaojun, deputy director with the SPC's law enforcement bureau.
Afghan Ministry Pledges Tough Action Against Corruption in Police. Minister of Interior Taj Mohammad Jahid said that the ministry will strengthen the fight against graft and corrupt elements in the ranks of the security forces and that those found guilty will be dealt with according to the law.
