Supreme Court revokes Pakistan anti-graft agency's ‘voluntary return’ powers.  The apex court stopped the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from accepting offers of ‘voluntary return’ of ill-gotten money by a wrongdoer under the National Accountability Ordinance (NAO) 1999.

Malaysian NGO launches gov't waste index
.  The National Oversight and Whistleblowers Centre (NOW) last night launched the NOW government wastage index (NGWI), an empirical formula for tracking government corruption and wastage.
