Supreme Court revokes Pakistan anti-graft agency's ‘voluntary return’ powers.  The apex court stopped the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from accepting offers of ‘voluntary return’ of ill-gotten money by a wrongdoer under the National Accountability Ordinance (NAO) 1999.

Malaysian NGO launches gov't waste index.  The National Oversight and Whistleblowers Centre (NOW) last night launched the NOW government wastage index (NGWI), an empirical formula for tracking government corruption and wastage.
