Philippine president to open text hotline vs corruption.  To get rid of corruption in government, Philippine President Duterte said he will open an anti-corruption text hotline and the complaints will be aired every morning over government-run television.

Execs say corruption hindering foreign investment in ASEAN.  Governments in Southeast Asia need to seriously tackle corruption if they want to attract a large amount of foreign investment, corporate leaders indicated today at the Nikkei Asia300 Global Business Forum in Bangkok.
